Sometimes life takes you exactly where you expect and sometimes you don’t even recognize where you are. Where has your life taken you? I’m still figuring it out.
I hope through this blog to enlighten and entertain my friends and readers through my musings about life. I primarly write about sports, but I plan to use this site as an outlet for everything about this amazing world. I fully reserve the right to write about sports as much I feel the need, however!
I love everything about sports, from how they teach children responsibility and respect early in life to how they can pull a tattered community together in a time of need.
I’m a thirtysomething freelance writer, who left my profession in IT. Thanks to my incredibly motivated and intelligent wife–I’m bordering on stay-at-home day but not fully ready to accept that as my sole moniker. I’m a big fan of sarcasm and irony and think that will shine through in my sarcastically, ironic writing style. I love all Detroit Sports and am getting there with the Arizona D-Backs, I also admire Mitch Albom, Anthony Bourdain, Danny Boyle, Darren Aronovfsky, Explosions in the Sky, Kick-Ass (movie), The Walking Dead (TV Series), Leonardo Dicaprio, Denzel Washington, Johnny Depp and our flawed, but great country.
